As part of its 10th anniversary celebration, the CineVegas Film Festival will honor six actors who have made significant artistic contributions to film and the film industry, it was announced today by Trevor Groth, Artistic Director.

The Marquee Award will be given to Anjelica Huston for her accomplishments in the film industry throughout her esteemed career. Don Cheadle, Rosario Dawson, Viggo Mortsensen and Sam Rockwell will each be honored with a Half-Life Award for the work they have done thus far in their careers.

TMZ is reporting that Rosario is moving to Las Vegas! Here’s what they had to say:

“Rosario Dawson says she’s moving to Las Vegas — for the politics. Sure, there’s a lot of reasons to move to Sin City — the gambling, the glitz, the girls. But the “Clerks II” actress says she’s buying a place in Vegas because she’s uber committed to the upcoming elections.

Nevada’s presidential caucus has been moved up, so Las Vegas is primed to play a bigger role in the primaries. “It’s an up and coming state!” Dawson told People. Riiight. The slots and the showgirls have nothing to do with it.”

If this is true, congrats Rosario! Las Vegas is an amazing city!
