ROSARIO DAWSON, 29 When it comes to healthy living in Hollywood, the native New Yorker is not afraid to speak her mind. “When I see a woman who is all gaunt and emaciated, I don’t think she’s beautiful. She reminds me of a Chihuahua that’s freezing and shaking all the time,” she told the British edition of Elle last year. So, what’s her advice when the urge to indulge hits? “I say if you want to eat the cookie – eat the cookie!”

Grindhouse is now in theaters today! Make sure you head on over to your local theater and check it out! Rosario is featured with Rose on the cover of the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine (you can view a preview at Rosario Dawson Forum) and she is also featured with all the ladies of Grindhouse in the new issue of Vanity Fair magazine. Thanks to Sasha from the magazine “Entertainment Weekly” for letting me know that Rosario is in the July 21, 2006 issue of the magazine. Here is a preview of the article…”When interviewed Rosario demonstrated how her Hollywood success has not gone to her head. When asked about David Bowie she said, “I’m friends with his wife, Iman. He’s invited me for dinner and I don’t know that I can do it. I get just that retarded over him.” Rosario has the same exuberant attitude on shopping, “You know that movie A Christmas Story? Remember the leg lamp? Dude, I got it! One leg and a high heel with fishnets that lights up. It’s, like, the cheesiest thing on the planet.””The issue will be available on news stands starting July 17.
